Life — every day and every part of it — is the great ceremony. We can move from one retreat to another, participate in countless ceremonies, but the real work is done in everyday life — through our words and actions.
To honor the gift of life is to care for ourselves, nurture our relationships, and bring our unique touch of love into the world.
This is a prayer for every drop that makes up the ocean — a reminder that each moment is sacred, and that life is here with us, always, in every breath, every encounter, and every touch that makes up our days.
Life is the Ceremony — it is here each day
In each and every moment is the opportunity to pray
I remember to be humble when life goes well
I remember to be grateful for what I am on this day
Life is a journey — I appreciate
I remember love — the teacher of my life
The guide of my path
The saviour in the night.
I remember death — that things don’t remain
And so I cherish what I have
And what surrounds me today
I give thanks to experience — whatever it may be
In the surrender of I AM — Once again I Am FREE
The ceremony is alive and we are all part of it. We always have been.
