Week 11: 11/3 – 17/3

Hello dear anyone who reads,

I am sharing here the first draft of my weekly thoughts and the messages that stands out for me and where I feel to place deliberate attention. This being a more personal sharing of my life and current process.

Expressing and Sharing what is currently alive as a beginning and base for something to take form.

Taking Step One in order for Step Two to be possible.

Message of the Week:

Question to myself: How May I Serve? What can I Add?

What can I Give? What Can I and Want to Share with the World? How can I Add Value to and with this Life?

How may I Serve? In what ways may I be of service to the greater good of the all?

Personal Responsibility

I am RESPONSIBLE for My Life. There are forces beyond my understanding and control at work. A field above and around me. A creational force which weaves reality and pulls the strings of the grand design of life.

The other part is me and no matter what the forces around, above, and beyond me are, I am Responsible for the Quality of my Life. For my actions and decisions. For my personal wellbeing and current state. For my Attitude in each moment and the effects in my life.

Yes, to my current knowing, there are forces outside of “me”. But it doesn’t make sense or serve to place responsibility or accountability there or on “that”. Where I have the power – and thus the responsibility – is within and with me. How I respond and carry myself. How I receive and what I emanate.

And so, I chose to assume 100% responsibility of my life. The totality of what I am.

EACH MOMENT IS SACRED – Being Present, The Future May Arrive

I do not try to “get to the future”. Rather by being fully present in this moment I am honouring Life by the allocation of my attention with it. And from there, by being here; The Future may Naturally and Organically Arrive and Materialize itself. When, as, and how it is.

In each moment, I have the opportunity, potential, ability, capacity, and will to place conscious attention to, on, and in this moment. Thus it is in my power and free choice to place life and presence into the QUALITY of EACH Moment.

Practicing to the best of my ability, to continuously bringing myself back and into “the here and now”.

Word of the Week:

SENSIBILITY: “The Ability to Sense”

Google: “The ability to appreciate and respond to complex emotional or aesthetic influences; sensitivity.”

Me: “A delicate combination of patience and presence, of openness and attentiveness, of curiosity and the courage to feel.”

Excerpts from Weekly Blogpost:The Paradox of Repetition

Or perhaps that is exactly the Key that I need? To simply step out of the game of cause and effect and breathe? And maybe from a distance I will be able to see? And instead of being in the constant effort of trying, I might enter a space of allowing?

Not moving directly from one relation to the other but allowing for the distance and pause to bring light. And from there, with calmness and peace. From a space of non-reaction, with new-gained clarity, I focus on and repeat what I want in order to direct my attention and creational power.

“Official” News, Updates & Information:

The 1st of March 2024 was the official “release” of this project that I have named “Entering into Mastery” which I am very excited to evolve and deepen into.

The project is still in its early stages and in this phase I am “finding my way” through and with it.

The website – online presence – is developing and in a process of becoming. And by having officially initiated this part of the process I enable it to do just that. With excitement I look forward to seeing what it will become and what may come from this.

Joachim, I love your definition of “sensibility”: “A delicate combination of patience and presence, of openness and attentiveness, of curiosity and the courage to feel.”
