The Field of Frequency & How It Shapes the Subconscious Mind
We live in a field of frequency — a living broadcast that shapes how we think, feel, and act. Our subconscious mind is always tuned in, picking up signals and patterns, whether we are aware of them or not. To reprogram the subconscious mind, we must recognize what we are listening to—what is playing—and learn how to change it.
As humans, we are attuned to the field around us that is constantly transmitting information. Every moment, we receive this input, integrate it, and send it back into the world.
This means that we are constantly being influenced by our environment while having our personal effect on it. What we are receiving from the external then, is the baseline for our reality, which we are active parts of co-creating — with or without conscious participation.
That’s why it’s critical to assume responsibility for our lives and place ourselves behind the driver’s seat.
It’s as if we are driving in our car with the radio always on. The song that plays matters gravely: the words, tone, underlying message, and frequency shape us. And when we raise the frequency — from dependency and victimhood to empowerment and responsibility — we set ourselves up for success.
Oftentimes, we allow the noise outside to enter our inner space and influence us without our knowing. Instead, with awareness and deliberate choice, we can notice what’s playing — and decide to change the channel, tuning into something that benefits us.
The Power and Paradox of Choice
When we choose the channel, what we don’t choose will not play — because the space, the field of potentiality, is already filled with our conscious selection.
If we don’t choose — paradoxically — autoplay will repeat, and we are susceptible to whatever is.
Not making a choice is still a choice — and a powerful one at that. When we avoid deciding— we give our power to circumstance and external factors.
The record keeps on turning and our mind adapts — by default or by design.
Change is Constant
The universe is in constant motion, and we are constantly evolving.
The question is not whether a signal is coming through — but which one.
“We are not just passive receivers. We are antennas, reactors, and channels—constantly picking up signals, amplifying, and co-creating our reality.”
How are we shaped in every moment, every day?
What songs are we listening to? What conversations are we having?
What beliefs are we repeating? What patterns are we upholding?
Knowing What We Want
In order to choose what to think and how to act, we need to know what we want.
This calls for deliberate attention and self-inquiry, which is discovered through the experience of living and engaging in daily, honest reflection.
It is also crucial to become clear about what part of us wants it and why.
Is it for the greater good of all?
Does it come from our hearts and soul’s desire?
Or is it coming from fear and insecurity?
Am I making choices from laziness and convenience?
No matter where our choices come from, it’s fine. It’s okay to put ourselves first — and it’s OK not to expand our comfort zone, as long as we’re clear and honest about it.
Which brings us to another point…
Personal Responsibility
Do I Really Want to Know?
Because when the answer comes, we must meet it halfway.
It may mean stepping up, facing our fears, and owning our mistakes.
Assuming personal responsibility is a choice that doesn’t come lightly.
It may involve acknowledging that we were the ones who created the whole mess in the first place.
This might be challenging, but in the challenge also lies the solution. Because if we were the ones who created it — We hold the power to uncreate it.
That’s personal responsibility. Not with blame, because we didn’t know what we didn’t know — but with compassion, forgiveness, and personal choice.
In the end, we can read a million self-help books and watch countless podcasts, but we are the ones living our lives.
We are in the driver’s seat, and though we may find inspiration in others, life is not a copy-and-paste game.
We may find guidance outside — but the solutions and answers all lie inside.
In the Pause, we may Reflect
In the rush of the day, there is not a moment to connect — until we create it.
And when we feel that we are out of breath, that is the perfect moment to pause and retake it.
This is all it takes to shift our frequency — one conscious breath to begin to reprogram your subconscious mind. A pause long enough to notice what’s playing, and from there decide if we want to affirm it, or replace it.
Remembering: “If I made it, I can remake it”.
Food for Thought: Nourish What We Want
As we entertain with our minds what we want, with belief, we see it grow.
Do not fight what you don’t like—because attention creates life.
Attention is the allocation of energy: nourishing both the rose and the weeds, the petals and the thorns.
And instead of treading the same spot, sinking deeper into what does not serve, we can choose — one step after the other — to evolve.
